AP U. S. Government and politics gives students an understanding of how public policy is made in the United States. This class is broken up into 5 sections: Constitutional Underpinnings, Beliefs and Behavior, Political parties and IG’s, Institutions, Policy, and Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. This course prepares students to take the Advanced Placement exam, which will be administered on
Monday, May 4th at 7:30 am.
Using on-line sources complete the entire packet provided. I would suggest answering the questions on a separate sheet of paper. This assignment must be handwritten and not typed.
Assessment: You will be expected to know this information when class starts. There will be a test on this information the first week of school.
